1) Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable

2) There is NO refund policy, unless your item is Out Of stock ( OOS ) , Otherwise NO refund, = No backing out after payment is being done.

3) I'm not reponsible for the following miscaps. Please do not order if you're uncomfortable
- Lost mail in shipping or postage
- Wrong item ordered or shipped
- Quality of the supplier's item/ measurement/ pictures given
- Faulty items

4) Items that are not collected after 2 months will be confiscated.

5) Dreamcafex reserves the right to close or cancel any spree/pre-order at any point of time depending on the responses. Refunds will be made if the deal falls through.

After you had placed your order, an invoice will be sent to your email to confirm your order.

After items have arrived in Singapore, I will inform you about the postage price you are required to pay.
Hence, there would be 2 rounds of payment.
1) Item price (before item arrive)
2) Postage (after items have arrived)

The item/s will be sent to you once postage payment is done. Please do take note of T&C no.4


Dreamcafex highly recommand Registered Postage because I'm not reponsible for lost mail in normal postage.

Registered Postage comes with a tracking number for you to allocate your mail and can be sure that your mail would not be lost. You can use the number to track your postage from Singpost.
Registered Postage would be delivered to your house door step, so make sure that there is someone at home to collect it or else you can get your postage at the nearest post office :D or you can go to SingPost website and opt for re-delivery.

Normal Postage does not come with tracking number and Singpost is also not responsible if your mail is lost!

Hence opt for registered mail!

Registered Postage is more expensive than Normal Postage. An additional $2.25 is needed on top of the Normal Postage price.
